Last updated October 27, 2026. Short version: no accounts, no sign-up, and nothing is sold. Here is what does happen.
The names and theme words you enter are used to run the lookups you asked for. To do that, they are sent to the public domain registries (through RDAP and WHOIS) and to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's public trademark search. We also keep a log of the search terms people enter so we can see how the tool is used. These logs are not tied to a name or an email address, because we never ask for either.
Like any website, the services that host and deliver this site (Render and Cloudflare) receive technical details with each visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. An IP address is also used briefly to limit how many searches one visitor can run, which keeps the tool available for everyone.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Cloudflare describes it as a privacy-focused, cookie-free service. We also keep a simple total count of visits that does not identify anyone.
We may advertise this site on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those ads work, the site uses the Meta Pixel, a small script that tells Meta when a page is viewed, when someone runs a search (without sending what was typed), and when someone clicks a "click to buy" link. Meta may use cookies and collect details such as your IP address and browser information, as described in Meta's own privacy policy. You can limit this through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings or your browser's tracking and cookie settings.
The "click to buy" links take you to Namecheap through an affiliate link run by Impact. Impact and Namecheap may set cookies so a purchase can be credited to this site, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made on Namecheap's website under Namecheap's privacy policy. We never see your payment or account details.
We do not require accounts, collect payment information, or sell personal information. This site is not directed at children under 13.
If these practices change, this page will be updated and the date above will change. For questions, send a message to the MyWebDomain page on Facebook.
